Cooking oil tester testo 270 BT

The cooking oil tester enables simple, fast, and reliable monitoring of cooking oil quality. A capacitive oil sensor measures the % content of ‘Total Polar Materials’ (TPM) in the oil. TPM limit values can be set individually and protected against inadvertent changes by a PIN. The alarm via the colour-illuminated traffic light display (green/orange/red) makes it easier to evaluate the quality of the cooking oil. With Hold and Auto-Hold function. Measurements can be taken directly in the hot oil, as the fibreglass housing is extremely impact-resistant and the ergonomic design protects against the heat of the cooking oil. Seamless, digital documentation is possible via the testo Smart App connection. All measurement values can be transferred to the testo Smart App via Bluetooth®. For regulatory requirements and internal quality assurance, data can be exported or professional reports can be created in PDF format (incl. signature & comment function). The cooking oil tester can be calibrated directly at the measuring point using the reference oil.
