Accessories for Standard heating mantles
LabHEAT® - Accessories made of stainless steel (1.4301) for higher stability or to integrate within support wall. The heating mantles are able to be suspended on its four clips.
Analogue heating contollers CN-200
For power control of heating mantles of the HM series, electric Bunsen burners and heating tapes. Each controller has two neon indicators: White neon "Power On" and amber neon "Mantle/Bunsen Heater On". When the control knob is turned clockwise, the power increases and the amber indicator light begins to pulse. As soon as the maximum power is reached, the lamp lights up continuously. There is a clamp on the rear of the controller for attaching a rod (Ø 12 mm).
Electronic heating mantles HM-200
Polypropylene outer case is resilient and chemically resistant. Highly efficient in heating up to a maximum element temperature of 450 °C. The flexible heating element is suspended in a thermal insulating cartridge to provide maximum heat transfer with minimum risk of flask breakage. Even at full power output, the exterior remains "cool-to-touch" due to good heating element insulation. All heating mantles have support clamp for rods of up to 12 mm diameter, and are double fused, with earth (ground) screen to protect the user from electric shocks.Spare heater cartridges are available on request.
Electronic multi-size heating mantles HM-200-SP, spill-proof
Solid stainless steel liner, which protects against fluid spills and is easy to clean, with central aperture to accommodate round-bottom and pear-shaped flask and 60° funnels. For round bottom flasks, pear-shaped flasks and 60° funnels (Mantle is open at the bottom). Polypropylene outer case is resilient and chemically- resistant. Highly efficient in heating up to an element temperature of 450 °C. Even at full power output, the exterior remains "cool-to-touch" due to good heating element insulation. Built-in adjustable heater control up to an element temperature of 450 °C and magnetic stirring control up to approx. 520 rpm with auto-reverse facility and automatic stirrer bar trap; the stirrer unit has an independent power supply. Heating mantles Electrothermal® MHM-200
Heating mantle has a "V"-shaped design for large, pear-shaped and round-bottom flasks. The bottom opening allows 60° funnels of various diameters to be accommodated. Coiled heating element provides optimal heat transfer.
