Modular laboratory reactors designed for optimizing chemical reaction processes as well as for mixing, dispersing and homogenization applications at the laboratory scale. The reactors are especially designed for the unique applications requirements that define the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The temperature of the medium can be as high as 120 °C. The temperature of the heating source, which is located at the bottom of the vessel, is controlled accordingly to reach the set temperature inside the medium. Laboratory reactor LR 1000 control System

The reactors are especially designed for the unique applications requirements that define the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The temperature of the medium can be as high as 120 °C. The temperature of the heating source, which is located at the bottom of the vessel, is controlled accordingly to reach the set temperature inside the medium. Prominent features are its intuitive menu navigation, integrated pH and temperature sensor connection as well as several interfaces that allow display and storage of process-relevant data on a PC. By using the optional laboratory software labworldsoft® it is possible to even control the reactor via PC and make further settings.
