Cooking oil tester testo 270 BT
The cooking oil tester enables simple, fast, and reliable monitoring of cooking oil quality. A capacitive oil sensor measures the % content of ‘Total Polar Materials’ (TPM) in the oil. TPM limit values can be set individually and protected against inadvertent changes by a PIN. The alarm via the colour-illuminated traffic light display (green/orange/red) makes it easier to evaluate the quality of the cooking oil. With Hold and Auto-Hold function. Measurements can be taken directly in the hot oil, as the fibreglass housing is extremely impact-resistant and the ergonomic design protects against the heat of the cooking oil.
