Can even be used in strong acids and alkalis, and in all solvents and oxidants. Suitable for vacuum and high-vacuum distillation. Reduces distillation times in rotary evaporators. No abrasion, absorption of substances or solvents. Softening (evaporation) occurs at 2500°C. Can be sterilised by dry heating. Effective in even the smallest volumes of liquid, even after multiple interruptions. Prevents any bumping. Highly resistant.
